I’m grateful to have a well stocked shop these days with some of the best woodworking tools out there. It hasn’t always been that way.

The first workshop I had was in a cold, damp basement in upstate New York. I had had very few tools and the ones I had were mostly hand-me-down odds and ends and my trusty circular saw.
