Glue stains and squeeze out are a pain in the neck on wood. No matter how much I try to clean it up by wiping it with a wet rag, it always shows up when I stain my projects. Great Edge and Corner Sander

I received an email from a client asking if I could make 4 barstools of out some of his old baseball mlb bats. I attempt to discuss and show the process I went through to build these stools. The holes are drilled at 11 degrees with my drill press. The bats are cut at the same angle. I allowed the bats to protrude through the seats and then used a pull saw to flush trim them. I created a blog explaining as much of the process as possible on my website. That blog will be posted shortly. CORRECTION -- at the 2:00 mark I mention that I needed an 11* cut, so I had to angle my blade to 89*. I meant to say 79* -- Thanks to Mike @4-6-3DP for catching that.
